How Things Work
1. Online Form Completion
Use our online ordering tool to correctly order the proper fingerprinting check for your unique situation. Once this is completed, you will promptly receive a detailed list of the documents we will require from you.
2. Necessary Information
Once your payment is complete, certain information and forms will be required from you. This can be sent either through standard mail or email depending on your situation. This is needed in order to complete your fingerprint check with the RCMP database.
3. Sit Back And Relax
We will handle the rest! We file your documents ASAP directly with the RCMP to ensure you receive your fingerprint check results as quickly as possible.

Personal Information
You must show your personal ID to the authorities to get fingerprinted in Malaysia. All official fingerprint documents must have the appropriate identification information in order to be valid.
Fingerprinting
Fingerprinting can be done at the police headquarters in Malaysia or participating police stations. They will take your fingerprints in ink and then stamp (or sign) the card.
Police Documentation
Make sure your all documentation has correct ID information, including your fingerprinting card. Please note sometimes a fingerprinting fee might be charged.

After your fingerprints are taken, you will send them to Reliability Screening and we can digitize the paper fingerprint forms taken in Malaysia and submit them to CCRTIS electronically. We will go through the process for you and send your certified police records check back to Malaysia.
Do not send your fingerprint card directly to the RCMP. Paper submissions directly to the RCMP will not be processed and will be sent back to you in Malaysia.
Fingerprints must be submitted electronically to Canadian Criminal Real-Time Identification Services (CCRTIS). Electronic fingerprint submissions to the RCMP are not available from outside of Canada. You must contact an accredited company within Canada like Reliability Screening that will digitize ink fingerprints and submit them electronically to the RCMP.
