Reliability Screening will digitize the paper fingerprint forms taken in Kuwait and submit them to CCRTIS electronically. We will go through the process for you and send your Certified police records check back to Kuwait.
No, you cannot send your fingerprint card to the RCMP. Paper submissions directly to the RCMP will not be processed and will be sent back you in Kuwait.
Fingerprints must be submitted electronically to Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services (CCRTIS). Electronic fingerprint submissions to the RCMP are not available from outside of Canada. You must contact an accredited company within Canada like Reliability Screening that will digitize ink fingerprints and submit them electronically to the RCMP.
Once Reliability screening has received all your documents, we file your documents with the RCMP to ensure you receive your Fingerprint check results as quickly as possible. the RCMP sends out the certified criminal record check (hard copy), via non-trackable Canada Post regular mail. Season, volume, and type of application can have an impact on wait times and extra time should be allowed for delivery.
