How It Works
1. Complete Your Forms Online
Use our online ordering tool to correctly order the right background check for your specific needs. From there you will receive a detailed list of the documents we will require from you. During this process, we will require payment.
2. Necessary Information
Once payment is complete, we will require a few different forms emailed or mailed to us to complete your fingerprint check with the RCMP database.
3. We Handle The Rest
We file your documents with the RCMP to ensure you receive your Fingerprint check results as quickly as possible. Wait times vary depending on the specifics of your check.

Personal Information
You must show your Identification to Indonesian authorities to officially get fingerprinted. Make sure all of your official fingerprint documents have the appropriate identification information. This is necessary for your record check to properly go through.
Fingerprinting
To get your fingerprints taken in ink, stamped, and signed, you will likely need to go to a local police station in Indonesia. Occasionally, embassies can also provide fingerprinting services for criminal record checks.
Police Documentation
Before you leave, ensure your personal information is written correctly on the fingerprint card. You’ll want to avoid any mistakes so you don’t need to restart the process. Please note some police stations charge fingerprinting fees.

Yes. We value all of our customer’s security and privacy. At Reliability Screening in Ottawa, we go above and beyond the minimum standards and our priority is to protect the data and identity of all of our customers.
After your fingerprints are taken, you will need to send them to Reliability Screening. From there we handle the rest! We will be able to properly digitize the fingerprint forms taken in Indonesia and submit them to CCRTIS electronically. All you need to do is wait for your certified police records check to get back to you in Indonesia.
Unfortunately, paper submissions directly to the RCMP cannot be done when it comes to sending fingerprint cards. These will not be processed and will be sent back to you in Indonesia. Save time and avoid any mishaps by working with Reliability Screening today.
Electronic fingerprint submissions need to be submitted to Canadian Criminal Real-Time Identification Services (CCRTIS). Much like paper submissions, electronic fingerprint submissions cannot be made directly to the RCMP if you are outside of Canada. You must contact an accredited company like Reliability Screening.
